As a Reporting Support Engineer at Epic, you will help our customers use their data to monitor and improve how their organization is running, research various aspects of patient care, and contribute to the improvement of healthcare as a whole.
As a Reporting Support Engineer, you will design and develop custom reporting solutions for Epic. Reporting Support Engineers assist in all phases of report development, including consultation and analysis of business requirements, programming, interface design, QA, documentation, and maintenance. You will also provide internal and customer support for technical reporting issues.

Requirements:
Candidates should have a bachelors degree or higher in math, stats, engineering, or a hard science, with a history of academic success demonstrated by a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA. Strong analytical and reasoning skills are essential, as well as some programming experience. Familiarity with Crystal Reports, MySQL, SAP, or Oracle is a plus. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin is required and reimbursed. |
